MMAC March Madness Swim Meet Volunteers Required

We are still in need of volunteers to run the MMAC March Madness Swim Meet (a.k.a. Provincials) - Saturday, March 18, 2017

NOTE:

Positions still required (based on 5 lanes):

- 8 Stroke and Turn Officials (5 at lane ends, 2 on bulkhead, 2 on sides; * must be certified)

- 5 Timers (2 timers at each lane end)

- 1 HyTek Trainee

- 2 Warm-up/Cool-down pool supervisors

- 2 Hospitality Assistants (Susan Selby will coordinate.)

- no training required for Timers and Warm-up supervisors; training will be provided 1/2 hr prior to meet

- volunteers to wear white T-shirt, white or beige shorts or pants, flip-flops or deck shoes

- volunteers start at 12:00noon

- swim warm-up starts at 12:30pm

- finalized volunteer schedule will be sent during week prior to March 18, 2017
