There is construction going on so the parking lot door will be unavailable. Swimmers must use the North door.

Doug said he has a projector to use for the AGM.

Meet manager

Swim Canada informed us that MSM could not use their copy of Meet Manager to make meets, only to run the meet. MSM needs to purchase our own copy of the program. We need Ver. 3 and the option to make labels for the cards. I later found out that only ver. 4 was available and it was fully compatible with Ver. 3. Vote is for to spend $250 on the program.

Call for executive positions

George asked for the clubs to ask around for interested parties for the executive for next year.

Most teams have not registered their swimmers yet. The teams can do this at www.mymsc.ca
